The format of paper lists

1.作者: first name, middle name, last name -> first name, middle name 以縮寫方式. last name拼出.

2.題目前後加雙引號.後面加逗號.

3.出處斜體表示.

4.volume (vol.).number (no.).pages (pp.).date
